When your order is shipped via a package service you will get a Track&Trace code on your e-mail. On every product page we mention your expected delivery time. Have you had a shipping confirmation in your mailbox of us? Then your order is definetly shipped.
In some cases (less than 1%) it is delayed in the sorting process, and your order will be delivered the next day. When your order hasn't been delivered after 3 working days we recommend you to contact our customer service.
You have the right to cancel your order till 14(calender) days after receipt without giving an a cancelation reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning your order (from your home to the web store) will be at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Inksane with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
- The product needs to be in an undamaged and original package. (bag or box) will be sent. (lables are included to this);
- Sales or discount products won't be accepted back. When they do get shipped back, they won't be paid back.
- The product needs to be within14 days after delivery sent back.

the confirmation mail gets automatically sent. Have a look in the spambox. Is there no e-mail in it, did you maybe fill in the wrong e-mail adress? If yes, then you can alsways mail us on: email@example.com
