Yes, your digital payment is secure. It is processed securely by the bank and their payment provider, Inksane is not among them.
Payments are processed instantly. Everything is fully digital and automated, so processing time is minimal.
On our webshop: Banccontact, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypall.
In our store: Bancontact, Visa, American express, Mastercard, Inksane gift certificates, cash.
2: SHIPPING
The shipping in Belgium costs 6.99€ and outside Belgium starting at 8€
Your order will be shipped between 2-7 days, (but in practice almost always within 1 day).

PostNL or Bpost
In some cases (less than 1%) it is delayed in the sorting process, and your order will be delivered the next day. When your order hasn't been delivered after 3 working days we recommend you to contact our customer service.
3: RETURNING
- The product needs to be in an undamaged and original package. (bag or box) will be sent. (lables are included to this);
- Sales or discount products are never taken back. Provided these are returned anyway, they will not be refunded.
- The product needs to be within14 days after delivery sent back.

The costs for returning are for yourself.
That is always the easiest :). Then we can see together what the problem is, and whether a solution can be offered or just a return.
